Spirulina grows in big matts on the rocks of the middle shore. It is part of the green algae family and contains a high amount of iron and calcium. Thus, being a good addition to a healthy diet to support iron levels and bone strength.
Easy to use seaweed as you do not have to cook it. Just wash and soak the Spirulina, chop it up and eat it along with your favourite salad!
